No. If the data and engine configuration have not changed, results are served from cache and are free to view.
Schemas act as data contracts. Immutability guarantees historical accuracy and consistent comparisons over time. If your structure changes, you create a new schema version.
Creating and saving an engine is not charged by itself. Charges apply when usage occurs — for example schema creation, scraping, runs, or enabled runtime features.
Scraping has real third-party and infrastructure costs. These costs are shown transparently before execution.
Failed scrapes are not charged.
