STRUCTA PRIME – REFUND POLICY 1. Overview Payments for Structa Prime are processed by Paddle as the Merchant of Record. As such, all refund requests are subject to Paddle’s consumer terms and applicable laws. They do not represent stored monetary value and cannot be redeemed for cash. * Usage credits are consumed as services are used * Once usage credits are used, they are not refundable * Unused usage credits may not be refundable after the 14-day withdrawal period Usage credits are non-transferable. --- 6. One-Time Purchases and Add-Ons One-time purchases (including feature unlocks, additional capacity, or upgrades): * may be eligible for refund within the 14-day withdrawal period * are generally not refundable after being used or provisioned --- 7.
