Overview Structa Prime is a software platform that enables users to structure, process, and publish data using customizable schemas and execution engines. Structa Prime provides technology services only and does not act as a data publisher, financial advisor, or decision-making authority. --- 2. Definitions Platform – Structa Prime services, websites, and APIs User – any individual or entity using the Platform Content – schemas, configurations, outputs, and data processed through the Platform Run – execution of processing logic within the Platform --- 3. Eligibility You must be at least 18 years old and capable of entering into a legally binding agreement. If you use the Platform on behalf of an organization, you confirm that you have authority to bind that organization. --- 4. Accounts You are responsible for all activity under your account and for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials. We may suspend or terminate accounts in cases of abuse, fraud, or violation of these Terms. --- 5. Nature of the Platform The Platform provides tools for structuring, processing, and publishing data. We do not guarantee: * accuracy or completeness of processed or scraped data * suitability of outputs for any purpose * financial, legal, or business outcomes --- 6. User Responsibilities You are solely responsible for: * content you create or publish * ensuring you have rights to use any data processed * complying with applicable laws and regulations --- 7. Ownership and License You retain all intellectual property rights in your Content. You grant Structa Prime a limited, non-exclusive license to host, process, store, display, and back up your Content solely for the purpose of providing the Platform. --- 8. Data Usage We do not sell your data. We may use anonymized and aggregated data for analytics, system improvement, and performance optimization. Future optional data programs may be introduced on an opt-in basis. --- 9. Payments Payments for access to the Platform are processed by Paddle as the Merchant of Record. By completing a purchase, you enter into a transaction with Paddle and agree to Paddle’s terms and conditions. All billing, payment processing, taxes, and refunds are handled in accordance with Paddle’s policies and the Structa Prime Refund Policy. --- 10. Subscriptions Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled. You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing period. --- 11. Usage-Based Features Certain features of the Platform may be usage-based. Usage is measured based on platform activity (such as processing runs or data operations). Once usage has occurred, it is considered consumed and may not be refundable except as required by law. --- 12. Termination We may suspend or terminate access to the Platform at any time if you violate these Terms. Upon termination, access to the Platform may be revoked and data may be deleted after a reasonable retention period. --- 13. Availability The Platform is provided on an “as-is” and “as-available” basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. --- 14. Limitation of Liability To the maximum extent permitted by law, Structa Prime shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the Platform in the preceding three (3) months. --- 15. Governing Law These Terms are governed by applicable laws, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protection laws in your country of residence. --- 16.
